Ratings and reviews

I booked flight and downloaded app for convince. The every time it send confirmation number just to see my booking, this app is working like a banking app where you need two steps authentication. I travelled different airlines non has this type of hassle app. App deserved one star or I will uninstall it as it's does not serve the purpose.

I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received from this airline. My flight was delayed by 3 days, causing me to miss important meetings and events. The staff seemed unconcerned and unhelpful, offering no compensation or support. The constant delays and lack of accountability are unacceptable.

Hundreds of complaints but no one in PIA has cared to respond. The App keeps asking to update it, but when you do, nothing happens and it takes you instead to the uninstall page! This App is a waste of time. Besides, once username and password have been entered, it must remember it instead of having to insert the information every time the App is accessed. Please respond to my comments and let me know what is being done to resolve these issues.
