I like the convenience. As a stylist, it comes in handy, but sadly, this app doesn't allow multiple services at the same time e.g (Hair Wash & brow waxing) persons can only click 1 service & start over to select the other service. So I had to give up the app. Hopefully you can improve, because the customer services tell "suck it up, we'll do it later"

Works well, however a few things might make it better: Selecting times for apointments could be easier if I had the option to type in the time instead of having to scroll so much to find the time. Secondly, if an appointment is marked as a no show, it would be great if that "slot" would automatically change to a different color... I am referring to the desktop/browser version here. I suspect the same for the android app.

The 'starter' package is unclear! It states '$3 per user, per month' but I have been billed for 3 users. Customer Service is basically saying tough luck, it's 3 minimum users and so the bill is actually $12 per month, charged at $108. No refunds! Ridiculously misleading.
