Not helpful. Hard to navigate. Doesn't provide useful, basic information about balances.

The absolute worst administrators of an hsa that I've ever encountered. The website and app are archaic and laid out entirely thoughtless. All of their processes take days longer than they should. I'm actually taking another job just to get away from these benefits. Disappointing is the kindest thing I could say.

It shows all my previous years, but not my current year plan. So, it is basically useless to me. I'm giving it an extra star because it does have the "check item eligibility" which could be helpful.
