Ratings and reviews

Update 9/10/23: App is frequently crashing. Cleared cache, cleared data, un/reinstalled. Not a local storage or memory issue. I can't access my account now....lopping off a star until a fix is issued. Loved the steady cashback rates before. It's nice to get the extra bump once in a while after rates changed, but my most-used apps are getting the least bang for my buck now.

In practice the app is great and I've used it before but after referring others who only got their accounts locked and trying to call them to only get no response via phone or email I have to give them a single star. Having accounts be verified or locked is fine but only if there is some one you can immediately contact. There is no number for a phone verification team or any of the sort just support which either hangs up or you get a no one is available.

Like other reviews the account gets locked. I went through the verification process they unlocked my account and the very next purchase it got locked again. They don't give any explanations they just say it because "internal security." They decided to permanently deactivate my account. Hope you have better luck. The idea of this is awesome if they can fix their security algorithm. I would love to use this app. Last thing, it's very hard to get a hold of help center.
