About this app

Brella helps you protect your debit card by sending you alerts when your card is used so you can quickly detect unauthorized or fraudulent activity on your account. Users have the option to receive text or email alerts. You can also check your account balance anytime, turn your card off and on, send money to other users and find nearby ATMs.

Alerts are provided for:
• Purchases exceeding dollar amounts you set
• Card-not-present purchases
• Suspicious or high-risk transactions

With this app, you have the ability to define when, where and how your debit card can be used. Users can set blocks for:
• Transactions exceeding a specific dollar amount
• Internet and phone transactions
• Transactions conducted outside of the U.S.

Turn your debit card off/on
This control can be used to disable a lost or stolen card, prevent fraudulent activity and control spending.

More great features
- Users can check their balance without logging into the app with the Quick Balance feature
- Users can choose to enable Touch ID, a secure and quick way to sign on with your fingerprint so you don’t have to type in a password
- Users can submit a Travel Notice to inform their financial institution of any scheduled travel

Useless. Wouldn't let me sign in. Had to get a temporary password three times because they also wouldn't work. Finally, I managed to sign in, and it wants me to verify my card, except it won't do that either because it can't connect to the servers all three times I tried to do that. Which is awful because it sends you right back to the sign in screen all over again each time. I give up.

So far it's been one problem after another I try to register for the app and when I get all the way to the end i get told my card doesnt work my password is wrong 4 times because there is no list of requirements you just have to make a password and hope it works or plug in the things one at a time until it finally accepts it. The old app was better in my opinion.

I hate this app. It does not function well at set up or afterwards. I have it on my phone and went to a store, made a return on my card because the item was defective. The store went to order my replacement and I was declined. I have plenty of funds on this card but for some reason declined. I checked my app alerts and I have it set to decline if over 2000 and notify me. This was 319. Then I had to purchase airline tickets for 700 and again declined. If it declines I should get notified so I can approve it. Nothing from this app, in my email or mobile. When setting this app up it took me over an hour because I could not get the phone number field to type in. I had to copy and paste it in. No help at all with this app.
