Ratings and reviews

The fitness tracker is able to sync the steps from Google fit app but still it shows zero healthy days even if the steps walked during the day is more than 10000 steps. I have walked more than 10k steps per day for the last 10 days & the care app shows '0' average healthy days. Seems like this is prgrammed intentionally to avoid passing the discounts.

It's an excellent app with all the necessary documents available to you accessible easily to you,had an issue with the incorrect name posted in policy for which I requested correction via app,it was resolved within 24 hrs with precision, don't have any claim related experience and hope it does not come to that but do beleive it will be assisted accordingly

The application is not user friendly, despite repeated refreshes and reinstallation it is not in tandem and fitness tracker doesn't work. Care application needs to raise the bar and ensure that application syncs with real time user. Disappointed, please update application at earliest
