🔹Intermediate Course

Simple, but has key features I've been looking for! I've tried several other pay apps, I liked certain aspects of one over the other (loved the background sounds). This app lets you set a variety of calming sounds during your meditation. Very easy to use, clean interface and best of all, it's free!

Very good meditation app. Yet, the application has some bugs in android 13. I cannot see the sessions and play/pause/stop it from the notification bar. In addition, it dramatically consumes the battery. It seems like it is running in the background somehow. However, the way the sessions are categorized is very helpful, and I didn't find it elsewhere even in paid apps.

Medito is an awesome app for the beginner and the experienced. The app is easy to use and is completely free! You don't have to pay for the "full experience". All lessons are available to everyone. I was having difficulty sleeping, but after 5 minutes before bed I was really relaxed and slept well. The narrators voices are very calming and the background music is soothing. I totally reccomend!
