Very good idea, helpful tracker. It would be better if I could use the whole app, but instead, there's a stupid popup message at the bottom of the screen that will not go away that says "you can preview before you send" that completely blocks access to the tool bar at the bottom. I'm not sending this to anyone! How do I get this to go away??

Helpful for becoming more cognizant of my moods and mood patterns. Would be even more helpful if it didn't crash quite so often. For me personally, the most useful thing about this app is that it has helped me see that I don't feel terrible as often as it feels like I do. The terrible times just take up more head space. Doesn't really help when I am actually having a lousy time.

Thank you Emily. We just released a new version that may solve your issue. Please email us, hello@getmoodfit.com and let us lookin into what's going on. Regarding mood - you're so right - when we feel low we lose sight of things like that we don't always feel like that, and that every low mood we previously had did eventually pass.

I think this is a really helpful tool. I deal with anxiety and this helps me deal with along with my counselor. The only thing that would make this better is if I could set the time of when my new day starts. I work at night so I can only get half of my goals done before it switches to a new day. It would be awesome if it could prompt you on what your schedule is so that the data can be more accurate otherwise it's great.
