So illogical and doesn't even work. Logged in, just want to do port forwarding. No mention of accessing router at all! Only possibility is 'Activate ignite gateway'. It already is! So I start that and it eventually talks about 'add this wifi device'. What wifi device? It's trying to add itself to its own network?! Total garbage app. Illogical and the fact it can't handle larger text size (phone setting) tells you immediately it was developed by incompetents. LOL, big 'tech' company rogers.

Cannot log in. I am stuck in a login loop. It sends me a code, I enter the code, then makes me login and enter another code. This cycle repeats and I am unable to move forward. Kinda useless if I cannot login. I have cleared cache, deleted and reinstalled. Restart phone. It hasn't worked for months. Someone needs to fix this asap or I'll be thinking of switching. I am going to be calling and asking for a partial refund on every bill. Lmao they don't read reviews. Look at the reply 😂
