completely useless app wow. every time I try to sign in it takes me to a blank page with a picture of a random lady with the words "rogers" at the top. I've reinstalled the app 100x, it keeps doing the same thing. hopefully their cell coverage is better than their app because WOW Edit: it's working sometimes now, thanks for the Dev reply. I'll likely just use a browser version to pay bills and whatnot.

Hi Levi, it seems to work okay when we test it out at our end. I'm sorry this is happening for you. :( Have you tried to check for any software updates on your device? Is the same issue happening across multiple devices or when you try logging into your account via a web browser? Thanks. ^yc

Useless. It won't allow me to get past login information. Once my username and password have been entered, it just sits on an empty screen and does nothing. I've un/reinstalled it, cleared data & cache, restarted the phone, tried using the website instead... nothing is working! Then, when you attempt to contact them via phone call, they hang up on you after waiting on hold for over 2 hours. Even their online chat isn't working. They have the worst CS. I wish I had never switched to Rogers.

This app can't help you track real usage. Surprise charges, such as roaming, are hidden until the billing cycle ends. If your phone leaks a tiny bit of data, you are slammed with $18 per 1 kilobyte of usage. The services tab shows minimal information about usage. Nothing is mentioned about roaming charges. There is a notice that you might be charged, but no notice when you actually are, and no option to refuse or prevent the charge.

You can check real-time data usage by going to the Services tab at the bottom of the app and selecting your phone number from the dropdown list (if you have more than one number linked to your profile). Hope this helps!
