completely useless app wow. every time I try to sign in it takes me to a blank page with a picture of a random lady with the words "rogers" at the top. I've reinstalled the app 100x, it keeps doing the same thing. hopefully their cell coverage is better than their app because WOW Edit: it's working sometimes now, thanks for the Dev reply. I'll likely just use a browser version to pay bills and whatnot.

Hi Levi, it seems to work okay when we test it out at our end. I'm sorry this is happening for you. :( Have you tried to check for any software updates on your device? Is the same issue happening across multiple devices or when you try logging into your account via a web browser? Thanks. ^yc

Forced updates to the app which are actually making it further slow and causing it to freeze or crash. For one of the biggest telecom companies, they sure as hell are cheap enough to invest in some good applications.

The app is okay overall I guess. it just sucks that it would kill Rogers to make a dark mode for their app as well as a data usage widget. it's no secret that this app is full of trackers, AT THE VERY LEAST you can add one or two features that we will appreciate.
