For the love of all that is good in this world, please keep the login flow internal to the app and not invoke the user's default web browser. I don't stay logged into websites on my phone and cookie data is set to never be retained - forcing input if credentials every time. I also have things locked down because I don't like websites launching apps, so the "redirect" back to your app breaks. Your biggest competitor managed to accept login and password as text boxes, and never logged me out.

Open Failes Whenever I try to use the application, I don't even see the log-in page. Pop up a message box, which is saying "Something went wrong Sorry, we've hit a snag. Please check back later." I've been using this app for so many years , and I had no problems. You better know what has been changed last a couple of weeks. I suggest you guys work on it. Maybe go back before changes made options. Not: accessing in web browsers I have no problem

This does not appear to be correct. Have you attempted to access your account through the web portal at rogers.com/myrogers? We can help, please post the details on our Apps board: https://roge.rs/2YYdIXe. ^ms

Terrible app overall and not user-friendly. After years they've now made it impossible to seamlessly switch b/w accounts to see billing. You need to log out and back in. Now they have a feature that checks your offline status but if your internet is working the future doesn't work unless you have Data and even when you go to "report an issue that will be sent later" the screen is blank. I don't want my issue to be sent later then it's not an issue.I need my lack of internet addressed immediately
