It has no intention to open. I have to try 10 times to login and open the application. Software is too heavy. Please improve your team! Reply 1: Yes, I have tried reinstalling and on other devices too. It's the same. If you are successfully logged in, you'll be able to login for few hours or days. But if you don't use the application for few days, the application keeps crashing and wouldn't allow to login in one go. It feels like waste of time.

It's as useless as their online website. It crashes constantly and is so slow, it makes me wonder if their server is still on dial up. 2 years later, 2024, new phone, cache cleared, updated software, and rebooted: the app and Rogers website, takes FOREVER to load, if it doesn't crash first. You will age badly, waiting for Rogers app or browser to load. 🤬 It was as slow and unreliable for the in-house specialists at the Rogers store, on their computers. Yes Supportbot, I did install correctly!

Hey Sandra, that's not good to hear. :( Are you sure that you have the latest software on your device and the most recent app version? It shouldn't be behaving so poorly. You can also try reinstalling the app and/or rebooting your device. If the issue persists, please let us know. :) ^yc

Useful app when you can actually access it. Constantly being locked out because they keep changing things. My spouse and I both use it for our shared account, but we always have problems accessing it. Not everyone grew up on this technology. For those of us that are old-school it's very frustrating. One day we have access, the next we need multiple steps that don't work because we don't have access to the other related apps that we need all the extra codes for! Seriously!!
