completely useless app wow. every time I try to sign in it takes me to a blank page with a picture of a random lady with the words "rogers" at the top. I've reinstalled the app 100x, it keeps doing the same thing. hopefully their cell coverage is better than their app because WOW Edit: it's working sometimes now, thanks for the Dev reply. I'll likely just use a browser version to pay bills and whatnot.

Hi Levi, it seems to work okay when we test it out at our end. I'm sorry this is happening for you. :( Have you tried to check for any software updates on your device? Is the same issue happening across multiple devices or when you try logging into your account via a web browser? Thanks. ^yc

Their app has been broken since around December 2025. Nothing will load, can't pay my bills through the app at all, and there's been no feedback from Support. Even after this most recent update, it's still unusable. Update 2 months later: App is still broken. Tried to call customer service after they threatened to suspend our account for non-payment even though NONE of the payment avenues would work. Call wouldn't even go through, said it was "busy". We ending up switching providers.

My app stopped working a few weeks ago. It started to stopped tracking my remaining data usage, saying I had unlimited data (even though I don't, and the website still tracks my usage). This could've potentially been a very expensive mistake if I had taken the app at face value. However, what makes it worse is that I emailed their official support. Got a reply within a day saying they'd look into it, and when I emailed a month later for a follow up, they ghosted me. Thanks Rogers. Stay classy.
