This app is Terrible! Bring back the web store please. Not user friendly. Products are always out of stock after placing order. Selection less than before. Delivered wrong items more than once already. Saved items to "favorite" and every time app says all these items are out of stock. But if you search one by one they are available. Just a waste of time! Whoever came up with this idea of replacing the web store with this app should be fired.

The app is nicely designed and easy to use. However, the shopping experience is quite different (in other words "bad"). In the delivery terms is nothing mentioned about a limit for free delivery. Instead this feature is in the coupon section and needs to be used every time before ordering (which you may miss when you order the first time). Discounts are only shown in the ttl amount. In case 1 item advertised to be cheaper for buying 2 gets canceled it gets messy! Design=good. Transparency = bad

Absolutely terrible, do not use. Customer service reportedly open until 10pm daily but not reachable plus automated phone service. Goods unlabeled. Takes days to sort out wrong deliveries and its time consuming. Copy and paste generic message in response to requests for assistance in fixing their errors. No accountability for time wasted or money spent trying to replace the missing goods. No offer to replace the delivery or reinstate the coupons used in order. Worst app experience to date.
