Ratings and reviews

This app and scene plus are garbage. App is not responsive, cannot save offers for next week, at Home Hardware you have to spend $50 in each purchase. Never mind that we spend quite a bit per week in smaller purchases. Sober offers are few and mostly junk food - candy, pop, chips - which I never buy. Not worth the effort. As if the site isn't bad enough, because I made one error logging in I am now locked out of the online sceneplus site. Certainly not going to waste more time. No loss I guess!!

App is terrible. Notifications do not work, and will not link you to the app. The affiliated apps Scene+ and mygroceryoffers are junk as well. Neither will load offers. I used to be a loyal supporter of Sobeys due to Air Miles but I think I'm moving on. I've made 4 attempts at working with live support to resolve and nothing has worked.

June 2024 update: The app loads my offers now. They have all this marketing data on me, but most offers are nothing I would buy. Gave me an offer last week, and didn't even give me the points. Tried troubleshooting, but you can't do a points inquiry in the app. Since I emailed scene+ from a different email address from my Sobeys account, they just added my other email address to the spam list. Tried unsubscribing from the emails twice, and still no luck getting them to stop.
