Absolute horror show of an app. Cannot redeem rewards points because it says my city and state are incorrect which is news to me and the governance in which I reside. No customer support available either. Mind you this is a DIGITAL REDEMPTION. Maddening process that I think was designed to get people to just give up so they don't have to pay out the rewards. Also the PS credit card is the worst I've ever experienced. Abysmal. Shame on this entire app.

doesnt work. any time you go to input the code, it doesnt work, and you cant do it on the website because they MAKE you do it on the app, but the app doesnt work!! Edit: ended support for the free movies and codes abruptly after 10+ years meaning it's no longer possible to earn points. Changing from two stars to one.

Have had the app for all of 3 days now. Haven't been able to redeem anything, which is frustrating because the service ends in December and I have over 5 thousand points. Hopefully they get the bugs sorted out soon (Edit: changed from one to three stars) Not sure if there was a "trick" to it as some others have said or if they fixed the bug, but was able to put my point order in. Seems like this would have been a great service with a less buggy interface
