Horrible card. It gets declined everywhere and flagged as a fraudulent purchase regardless of how much credit you have available. I called and told them its a legitimate transaction. They lift the fraud hold and it happens again and again. Beware of this card because it will leave you looking stupid when you try to use it and it gets rejected at legitimate merchants. When you call, they'll lift the hold everytime but the transactions keep declining after. Customer service won't help.

After being overcharged $419.00 because their app is very glitchy and never puts the correct balance with my card, I realized after speaking with someone from customer service I would have to wait 10 days for them to send a physical check, despite them taking it directly out of my account! I would not recommend this card to anyone and I'm going to figure out how to cancel because now it's affecting my credit score even though I made on time payments

I made a payment the other day for the outstanding balance of my Credit card and Prosper showed and acknowledged that I made the payment. I have othe Credit cards and paid them as I always do at the end of the month. I have only had this CC for a month and this was my first time payment. Little did I know that they don't actually process the payment after a certain cutoff time. Absolutely stupid I assumed that the set it as pending on my bank account but NO, Now a 10 day hold is on my account.
