• Register your bike directly in the app to activate the lifetime warranty and receive critical updates about your bike.

June 9. Installed 1.22.3. Still will not record ride beyond five miles. All the data disappeared. June 4, 2024. Using Galaxy 8 with Android 9, so this app should work, but it doesn't. It worked perfectly before the January 24 update, but you guys messed up. It is not procedural on my part, because I am not doing anything differently than before. The app will record for about 5 miles then stop, in most instances without any record of the ride. Data gone! This app has sucked for 5 months now!

I was very impressed with Mission Control when I first bought my Turbo Vado. I had complete recordings and stats of my ride. Now with the Specialized app the software pauses after eight miles and once I get it going again data is lost and inaccurate. Unfortunately I deleted Mission Control. Very disappointed 😞.

This app does a lot of nice things, except for being a good bike computer. It's fine if you want a map, but if you just want stats--Speed, cadence, etc--it's abysmal. A huge step down from the old app. The fields are relegated to 1/4 of the screen instead of the entire screen. Plus, the screen is white with black letters--very poor in sunlight. It takes way too long to get the information I need off the display. Biking is supposed to be about riding the bike, not staring down at the display.

What's new

We fixed a bug that was causing some riders to have difficulty adding their bikes to the Specialized app - we encourage riders that previously had troubles adding their bikes to the app to re-try. Additionally, riders can now update the auto-end time to be one minute. The team also fixed some crashes that were impacting riders with older phone models.
