It's pretty basic for the free version, and not worth me paying the ridiculous fee for the premium version. I can understand why a pro would want to pay for all the features, but all I want to do is record my activities and metrics, look at my TSS weekly, and see where I improve. I'm not doing a training plan, I don't have a coach. I won't use half the premium features, so why not have an intermediate tier. I'd happily cancel my Strava premium and pay for similar functionality such as seeing a graph of TSS Vs FTP.
Using a proper power meter coupled with training peaks has changed the way I train. Now I can really see my performance, not just guessing anymore, my fitness level, how tired I am, how to plan for future events... And the results are fast. Has really changed my game definitely. Really worth it.
Perhaps not for everyone but if you are serious about your performance this is a great app. If you just want a log of your runs and rides to admire or share on social media this is probably not for you. Takes a bit of exploring but well worth the effort.
It's extremely intuitive to use. I still prefer using the full web app but this is very handy to see what your daily workouts are as well as adding post-workout notes because you can dictate it into your phone instead of having it type for those lazy typers like myself.
Perhaps more data than I can personally interpret, Training Peaks provides me and my coach a variety of info to help us monitor and guide my training. I thought I'd be intimidated by it, but after 5 months - I love it!
Pretty basic app, nothing that I can't do with my garmin. Still trying to get my head around fatigue and fitness and form
