A fantastic app we use in the office to let our IT department remote in on our desktops and phones. For the record, if you do not know and trust the person you're letting connect to your devices, you should not be letting them connect to your devices. Do NOT install this if someone is promising you some sort of refund. If THEY called YOU, hang up and call the official phone number for that company. It is not Splashtop's fault that scammers were given access to your devices, be safe and be smart.

Need to make it easier for elderly folk to get into the app. A poor old lady I was trying to help remotely couldn't even get past the Terms and Conditions page because there's no way to tick the box duh! Please carry out usability testing on apps with novice users before releasing to the public.

I rely on attended access from time to time to connect to remote devices as well. The connection workflow is seamless. Also, it is very reliable, great performance and secure.
