I've been enjoyed watching tiktok vdos with captions and auto-translation. They are not always correct a 100% but the translation has helped me a lot with learning language and I'm used to watching vdos with captions. But when I download tiktok on my new phone, it doesn't have both features and I've tried so many ways but I can't get them back and it is really frustrating. I also submitted report in the app but nothing changed. Pls fix it.

Love this app, but this latest version became so buggy until it irritates me. Firstly, the profile section keeps showing the previous user profile on another user profile. Secondly, whenever I click a sound on my favourites list, the page was showing videos and it has a loading icon over it. I can't interact the videos no matter how many times I've tapped on it. Thirdly, the 'add to favourites button' suddenly goes missing on sound.

I've used this since 2018 but the reason why I gave 4 stars is because sometimes there's some error, sometimes I don't mind it because I know it's normal for an app to have an error, but I suggest for tiktok to fix the collection videos? Because a while ago, I have 5 collections and putted videos in there, but for some reason, when I put a video in a collection, then I put the same video in a different collection, it won't save, Please fix it not only for me but for others too. highly reccomend!
