Extremely terrible. There is error message at every step, log in, transaction type, acount info, amount input, bank selection, pin input, save benediary (this one doesn't even work at all). It's 2025 and you're having these many errors in your app, that's poor. In other bank apps, you can conveniently view transaction history and even download your bank statement that is over a year old but your app, the ordinary 1week old transaction history we used to be able to view no longer works. come on.

I used this app for a while, and then just like that it no longer opens. I wrote a email to customer service about the problem. They asked for any errors codes, of which there none. The app tries to open and then failing in the attempt, I am returned to my phone's home screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, still experiencing the same problem.

This is a very useless app. After the upgrade this app no longer works on my tablet and cannot be upgraded since it is no longer supported. I have installed on my phone but cannot get the OTP to unlink the table but it takes about 20 mins for the OTP to be delivered and by then it times out. Have also tried to login online through the browser same issue now close to 3 days and cannot access my account. Called customer and no feedback or resolution. This is very unreliable!!!
