I am a member of your cake shop for years and recently I bought myself a new phone with using the same number. I need to re-enter my password in order to activate my account. However, the password I can remember has not been recognized by your system. I tried to change my password by following the instruction and submitted for a verification code, I've performed the transaction for almost 10 times but the verification code under SMS never came back to me. I'm sure that something is going wrong.

The app is confusing to users. It is very unfriendly to you if you are new to it. It doesn't give you any hint when you are stuck with using the app. I have registered as a member, but I couldn't sign in with the username and password I stored on my phone memo. I don't know why I could not install the app on my computer. The person who created this app is absolutely a layman.

Sucks... Registration can not be completed. I received the verification code and i filled in but i was informed that "non mobile phone number". If u wanna redo, you will be informed that "this phone number is registered" but u can never go to "next" or "quit"!
