The calendar has glitch and it is getting frozen for hours often. And it doesn't matter if it's app nor website. You need to wait, it may take all day. When it happens, I can't book a flight nor change the dates of existing bookings. It is very annoying Also your existing bookings should be stored on your profile/login, like it is in most airlines also Turkish Airlines or Ryanair. Other than that it works fine.

The SunExpress app is a complete disaster. I couldn’t check in online because it kept throwing errors during the check-in process. As a result, I had to go to the counter, where SunExpress charged me extra for something that was entirely their app’s fault. When I asked for a refund, they flat-out refused. This is nothing short of a scam. The app is useless and SunExpress is taking advantage of customers. I’ll never use this garbage app or fly with this awful airline again. Avoid at all costs!

The worst ever app and the site is the same. SunExpress online check in system is totally unfriendly, the login is so confusing, you have to do it every step, you have no idea if you are logged or not, conflicting informations, nothing is working, practically the system is made only to do the check in at the airport and to take your money. Even one star is too much.
