the app is really buggy? like it only works properly sometimes? most of the time I can't access the basic ability to turn off my lights with the app. that should be a super simple undemanding request and yet it doesn't work consistently. I've uninstalled I've reinstalled, I've gone through the reset setup, I've unadded and re-added the specific lights, nothing seems to work. the app fixes itself when it suddenly wants to, I have no idea when it'll work again :/

it's easy to follow but about half the time I open the app, several features like the timer aren't active, they're grayed out. sometimes they become active after a few minutes, but who wants to wait a few minutes all the time 10/17/24....omg what did yall do with this update I just had to download today!!??? My app had been working perfectly for the past 2 weeks with our Halloween decorating and with today's update, it's right back to same old problems with the app not responding.

After latest update, Google's Pixel 9 Pro XL is completely unable to connect to any of the 12 different kinds of twinkly sets I have, even after a reboot, cache clear etc, but my old one plus 9 pro is able to connect.. Twinkly needs to figure out their software. These are expensive lights that HIGHLY require access to the app to properly function.
