This app sucks can't even pay my bill, this app doesn't even recognize my account. I had to re set my password and make a new user name. So now I have two accounts and still didn't get to pay my bill, now it's late. I called Ulta 1-800 number and all they said was to go to the website or download the app the pay bill. There's no customer service to help you out. This is the second time it's happened. Once I pay this I'm cancelling this card. Ulta needs more improvement .

You need to add a tab for salon appointments for services you provide. most people don't even know that you can get services like your hair, eyebrows , or makeup done. if you want to check what time your appointment is, you can not even look it up because it's not available on your app. Please upgrade ASAP. Thank you. Other than that, good job.

Too many glitches. Favorites do not save to favorites list. Can't go back to the same page frame, must start from the top every time. Items are removed from cart way too fast when inventory is low...could at least offer a grace period when checking out; similar to holding onto the item while shopping in store before checking out.
