When I click on EZLive settings for each camera, then customize alarm sound, it says it is not supported by this device. I have an Android. This software should support all phones, not just iPhones. I would like to set different alarm sounds for the different cameras. What is being done, and how long will it take to rectify this problem? Our installer has other customers complaining about this issue.

Can you please allow a default setting for quality? Defaulting to medium or low and having to manually select high is annoying. Also allow one to customize the camera order and layout as well as default to show all initially. Thanks for removing the annoying 3s wait time - oh wait, you didn't, why is it there? Allow default image quality please!

*updated* Fair play, both issues reported are fixed in latest version. Aspect ratio display of UNV cameras only defaults incorrectly to portrait since last update. Images are barely useable now. Discovered this is only an issue using high resolution, which was fine in previous version. Other cameras display correctly. Alarms are not sent by the app despite permissions being allowed. Worse, since the last update, no cameras are recording motion alarms under the message tab for each camera now.
