App that is simple and works. Have not had any issues. So happy i changed my locks from awful yale to eufy. Easy set up and eady to navigate. But notification settings are awful. I just want to be notified if camera detects motion but if turn on notifications you get notified for everything like every time locks get locked or unlocked manually. I dont want this! It is a annoying so i just disable notifications. Do like other apps and have the option to choose what want notified.

Used to be a great app. But now it's only so-so because the exact battery percentage remaining for each security camera no longer displays in a 2-digit format when you click Devices / ... (Settings) on the Android app. You can still see an icon/picture with a very rough indicator of how full the battery is, but that is an extremely rough approximation only, and it's often wrong. I Googled the problem and learned thousands are complaining about the exact same issue. Please fix this Eufy.

Poor connectivity and slow. I am constantly getting an error message "your device is offline please check your network" when looking at recording history but when I go to actually look at the device directly it's connected and can view live video. The screen auto rotation for clips is also hypersensitive! You can rotate your phone ever so slightly and the screen will turn when you don't intend it to. The playback controls also have significant latency and make viewing recordings frustrating!
