Ratings and reviews

Quite frustrating, app will freeze, glitches, etc especially right in the middle of auctions, which are time sensitive. The app will default the already ridiculous shipping fees to expedited, which doubles the price. Always check! I've lost so many auction items due to the app crashing. Customer service hinted that this is a common problem and usually uninstall and reinstall will fix, not in my case. No other response is going on in 3 weeks. Save time and frustration. Just skip the app.

Not thrilled with this new update. The sight is now slower than molasses. I find it very hard to bid on the $1 auctions as the app only shows several items at a time before freezing up. I've tried to place bids and they don't register. Before updating, the app ran perfectly smooth and I loved shopping here. I will probably delete Shop LC if it doesn't improve.

Amendment: I downloaded the new version of the app and there are a lot of kinks to work out. In the Order History, there is no delivery date, only order date and no way to enter return information. You cannot view the last 24 hours of sales, the entire list of last 25 items from live TV canot view your entire wish list. I am having difficulty with auctions also and get no response from ShopLC when reporting problems. I was hoping the new version would be more helpful as I love ShopLC. ❤️
