The app and the device are very good. It has very vividly clear video. Has Alot if good features and can view in real time with cloud or sd storage. The app is a little glitchy when using ptz mode moving the camera to look around. Ex: Alot of times ill move it to the left it'll go to the left but when I stop it when I've got it placed where I want it'll click back to the right for no reason. Also when using night vision the flood lights on it stay on.

So far, I'm enjoying this camera and the app still getting used to it, I have a question though. And I wasn't seeing a quick option for an answer through the app. I had to pay alot for a years advance for the cloud storage for feed activity. But it doesn't auto record when an anomaly is detected, and if I manually record something it doesn't save to the cloud service I've had to purchase. Or into the library for the app. What's the point of the subscription if it doesn't auto store or record?

Very disappointed. Appears to not be recording anything to my SD card. My first night was filled with motion alerts but nothing was recorded. When I choose "Library" it won't let me move between dates. Panning is awful. Either painfully slow or excessively jumpy, no in between. I'm thinking of returning for a refund. Would not recommend.
