Ratings and reviews

Too many adds. I love the Ravens and I love the content of the app. I check it multiple times per day. The videos in the app don't play. When you click on the video, you get an advertisement but the video never plays, the app crashes shortly after. Decrease the adds, fix the bug that crashes the app, and fix the video issue.

tbh.. the app itself, is garbage. If it wasn't for the fact that this is my best chance to consume Ravens content, then i wouldn't use it. The functionality of the app is trash. The app is always crashing, always pulling backround data when it dont need to, my phone doesnt even recognize the videos on the app to where it will time out and snooze. Crazy thing is, is that all this was happening before the big update to change the skin/format of the videos. Now the bugs have just doubled down.

The app is good but crashes a lot for me. All of the news articles are great and I love Baltimore's media team, but this app tends to crash after every video, or it will load about 25 seconds of video and then get stuck, so I have to close the app and open it again (although that later issue might be my internet's problem, I'm not sure).
