The app it's good, but two things could be improved: 1) seeing all accounts I have access to on the front page instead of having to jump between profiles 2) make it so I can see my balance with all pending payments already deducted. Other banks already have that feature, would be good if ING can add it too. Makes life easier.

App works like a charm, really easy to use. The one thing I don't like are the advertisements for ING Services, which are to put it mildly, quite annoying. That's why only 4 out of 5 stars. Edit: After contacting customer service the In-App Ads have been disabled. Excellent!

The android app does not work properly. I have been one hour trying to set my account up, unsuccessfully. I installed the app in my iPad and it works just fine, but in my Pixel6 it does not recognize my password. Will have to close.l my account [Update 8/4/24: waiting until error is fixed]

Hello Adrian, there is actually an error if your password contains a special character. This has already been fixed for iOS, other systems will receive the update later this week. best wishes your ING
