Install the app in less than 2 minutes with the help of itsme®, your ID card or with your ING card reader and ING debit card. After that, you will be able to log in easily using a 5-digit secret PIN code, your fingerprint or facial recognition.
For your security, the app is automatically locked after 3 minutes of inactivity.

Worst. Launch. Ever. Can't access bank with old app, can't register my account in the new app, you've left me with ZERO WAY to access my bank with my phone. That's a very basic function of any bank now. Seriously ING! You didn't even give enough time to fully bake your new app...didn't want to be late for some bureaucratic deadline that some executive promised I'm sure. I have not had any problems with ING/smart banking in the past but as a traveler, I may need a new bank if this continues.

Super annoying to have to click away 2 or 3 inline ad banners for other products I don't care about, and that you can click "I'm not interested" on them hundreds of times but you'll still get them every time you open the app. They're in the middle of the way, taking up half the screen space. Very pushy, user-unfriendly design. You already have me on a chain for 25 years through a mortgage, leave me alone.

Probably one of the best online banking apps in Belgium in terms of functionality, ease of use etc - can really recommend it. One persistent issue - in case someone is reading this: when you have 2 business accounts in the same app and you scan a QR code, it always switches to one specific business account - no way to change on that screen. That's why I am now only confirming transactions with ITSME. It's a minor glitch but it's been in there for ever...
