Install the app in less than 2 minutes with the help of itsme®, your ID card or with your ING card reader and ING debit card. After that, you will be able to log in easily using a 5-digit secret PIN code, your fingerprint or facial recognition.
For your security, the app is automatically locked after 3 minutes of inactivity.

I tried using the app but I just can't, everywhere I click it says error, even when opening the app and signing in, I can't even close my account because it just says error. I also can't add money to the account but at this point I think it's better for me to not do that. Worst banking app so far.

Never experienced any problems with it. For me that's enough. And I can make easy in game purchases too. Extra plus. I don't use the app a lot though, so I'm not an expert in it. But when I do use it, it works good enough.

The (new) app is user friendly and pretty easy to use for a regular smartphone user. I love the functionality where you can receive a notification every time your balance changes. This way I can closely follow incoming and outgoing transfers without even opening the application. Also the option to log in using your fingerprint is a very useful and good working function. I am veeeery glad they added the Wero service for paying through a QR-code. I always immediately receive the money.
