Ratings and reviews

New to the app, but so far so good. It has a lot of relatively close matches and the algorithm for determining those matches is quite interesting. Overall,it's functional without paying and allows for earning a lot of free coins by completing tasks. Would probably recommend paying subscription if you really are serious about finding connections, but not necessary 🤔

A little frustrating because there is a for you section and the new souls section. You can't like the matches made for you unless you pay $20 a month. Other than that it seems great. The regular match mode doesn't have any personality type or interest preference for you. It would also be nice to know if when I use coins to send messages, if the recipient automatically sees it or if they have to match with me. Am I still liking them if I message instead of like? It's confusing.

I live smack in the middle of CT, a state of 3.6 million people. However, the fact that the nearby states of NY, NJ, and MA are more densly populated, combined with the LACK OF AN ABILITY TO SET A MAXIMUM RANGE, has resulted in the app EXCLUSIVELY showing me profiles that are over an hour's drive away (some as far away as Jersey City and Long Island). Support is "grateful for my feedback" but won't actually do anything to fix the issue even though i paid for a subscription.
