About this app

"HA Go" is a new one-stop app developed by the Hospital Authority (HA) integrating several HA apps with new useful features and functions. HA Go facilitates patients to manage healthcare more effectively at their fingertips. The following examples are features now covered by "HA Go" :
• My Appointments
Patient can review upcoming appointments and attendance records in the past one year.

• BookHA (Book Specialist Outpatient Clinic)
HA Go provides a platform for the public to submit application for Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOPC) new case appointment. It covers the specialties of Anaesthesiology (Pain Clinic), Cardiothoracic Surgery, Clinical Oncology, Ear, Nose and Throat, Eye, Gynaecology, Medicine, Neurosurgery, Obstetrics, Orthopaedics & Traumatology, Paediatrics, and Surgery.

• Pay HA
HA Go provides another platform for patients to pay fees and charges. The mobile application would also provide the information of bills. This platform would also offer other payment options, including "Scan and Pay" and "Barcode for convenience stores".

• Rehab
Patient on rehabilitation programme can follow instruction and carry out exercises prescribed and designed by therapists anywhere anytime at home or in community at their own choice. Programme is available in form of multimedia materials including videos and games.

• Medication
This platform helps patients find their dispensing records, drug information and allergy records.

• My Health Info
Patients can receive the health information and instructions prescribed by health care professionals in the form of e-pamphlets, videos, or soundtracks via this platform. The soundtrack player has repetition control, and the soundtracks can be played inside the app or in the background. The health information on this platform is provided by the Hospital Authority.

More new features in HA Go will be available in the near future.

Ratings and reviews

Always network unavailable.... Can't use app at peak times, only use is as a reminder for appointment notifications, once pressed the notification YOU CAN'T open it since it never lets me login. I'm sick with fever And trying to see a doctor without waiting hours in the clinic the GOPC is USELESS all clinics always full, takes days to snatch a spot, when I get one it LOGS ME OUT and I can't login again for hours. USELESS APP DONT USE IT, GO THERE PHYSICALLY AND WAIT IN LINE ITS FASTER.

Refuses to retrieve or save information in health section "cannot save information olease try again". Freezes. System sends messages that the app has a problem and needs to restart, but restarting doesn't solve the problem, neither does uninstall and reinstall.

Have to Log-In even for so-called 'Push' Notifications, even if only a reminder of upcoming appointment. It's totally unnecessary to log-in if it's only to see a reminder which could only be sent to you! This feature should be rectified as it's a real time-waster! Apparently, this time-wasting glitch has not yet been rectified as of January, 2024! Sean John Leonard
