Worst app and worst service ever. Please don't sell your phone here. The technician came to my home. My phone was in working condition. It was completely okay and good. After successful diagnosis,I don't know what the technician did, my phone got switched off. And then he denied to pick it up for resell. I contacted customer service, they refused to help and said that it was my mistake, my phone was damaged(whereas it was completely fine and in an working condition).My phone and money got wasted

The app is just a waste of time. They don't even have a proper service for pickup in the city. They accepted my order initially after entering the address. Later, after doing all the diagnosis, their team rejected the pickup, simply stating that they don't have services in my area. It should have been notified on the app while taking the order (when the adress is fetched). Request anyone using this app not to rely on this scam, you will simply end up wasting your time.

I've used InstaCash twice. The pickup service in 2022 was good, but my recent experience was disappointing. The pickup guy rushed and didn't inspect my phone properly. He took blurry photos and claimed "heavy scratches" without removing the plastic cover, which had protected the phone perfectly. At Samsung (trade in my 2nd phone), they inspected it much better. I was really frustrated when the InstaCash rep said "boleh cancel kalau taknak". Like what? Is this the level of service you aim for?
