With My Vodafone Business you can always keep your spending, traffic and active offers under control, find the Vodafone service point closest to you and find out about the offers dedicated to you.
If you are a Business customer, you will be able to access the following features:
• Happy Week: with Vodafone, smile every day and receive the gifts we have designed for our business customers;
• New offers: discover and activate the offers we have designed for you. If you are the company contact person, you can also view and activate the offers for the SIM cards in your company portfolio;
• Activate new SIMs: discover the best offers we have designed for you and activate the SIM with the format you prefer. You can also bring your number to Vodafone and if you are the company contact person you can activate the SIM cards in your company portfolio;
• Digital Solutions Catalogue: if you are a company representative, you can access the catalog of innovative solutions that allow you to grow your company in the digital transformation;
• Counters: View all active offer counters. If you are the company contact person, you can check the details of each SIM in your company fleet;
• Invoices: view the invoice history or send a copy in pdf format via email. Also access Fattura Facile to enter or modify your company data for electronic invoicing;
• Active offers: view active offers. If you are the company contact person, you can check the details of each SIM in your company portfolio;
• Speed Test: run a speed test to verify the quality of the Vodafone network;
• Abroad: displays information relating to basic rates for calling, sending messages and surfing from abroad, dedicated promotions, the list of operators and available services;
• Assistance points: search for the Vodafone assistance point closest to your current position or to a specific address;
• Widget: set the widget that allows you to have your meters even more handy and to quickly access your invoices;
• Consents and privacy: provide the consents present in the settings to receive increasingly personalized offers based on your needs.
