Customer service is worthless, the phone number doesn't work and the messaging service has taken days between responses

Can't get past the identification stage. Still talking to them but no-one seems to be able to solve the problem.

A great overall experience. I've been using this app for a little under a year now. It is great, works at every business, provides cashback and even a credit line without looking at the credit bureau. Love it
