Service is probably the cheapest around and works as intended so 3 stars just for that. But my god is support slow and unresponsive. They're definitely doing some cost savings to offer that good exchange rate and low 3 dollar fee.

sent money and it never arrived they just kept on saying it could be delayed. it has been over 24 hrs. and that's the first time frame I was given, then the bot just kept on saying someone will be with you shortly , just lost money and no response., going on over 4 days and still no resolution, support went silent for a couple days, definitely will not utilize app, as I need something reliable and secure.

Excellent app! I was struggling to find a bank that could offer me a multi-currency account, as I work and live in both Mexico and the United States and am constantly traveling between the two countries. I needed to consolidate my accounts into one, but no bank offered this service until someone recommended "DolarApp." It's wonderful to have just one account in Mexico for deposits and to have both currencies in a single account to pay for things everywhere.
