Ratings and reviews

on April 24, I transferred funds to Dolarapp. The transfer exceeded the allowed monthly transaction amount, so the deposit was pending. I contacted support. They informed me that on May 1, the limit would reset, and the deposit would post automatically. I thanked them and waited. On May 14, I contacted them again because the deposit was still pending. Then, I was told that depositing the funds was not an option. Now they do not respond and 1,000s of dollars are simply stuck in the app. nightmare

Not fair that when a payment gets declined and my money is held under PENDING status for 5 days DolarApp is letting me know it can take up to 30 days to get it back depending on the merchant and payment network....it shouldn't take this long at least it doesn't with other companies

well my main issue is that even with premium paid, agents have left my conversation open without a replay for 2 days and counting. sucks to have such a horrible support.
