Absolute rubbish app. Doesn't work. Can't even log in, had to request and enter TAC number over and over again, still wouldn't let me log in. It was fine in the beginning (long ago when I just installed it), but I haven't been able to log in for the past few months. Already reinstalled, enabled all permissions, cleared cache etc, still wouldn't work. Worst app I've ever used on android, amateur programmers could probably come up with something better. Maxis should be ashamed with this app.

Big Pudding
New customer here. WORSE experience ever. After I entered my phone number, it kept on saying problem processing your request yet funny thing was I received TAC no. What is the use of that damn TAC If the screen kept on showing error notice. Called CS. They asking me to change the simcard in the new phone. What's the point of creating apps if its not user friendly to all phones. So ma fan! Customer have to do double triple job.

I specifically switched over from Celcom to Hotlink Flex mainly because of the insane deals I can get from this app and partly because I can get unlimited calls across all networks plus 1gb data. With the app, I can also easily see how much data I have left via my notification bar (though, it's not updated as often as I'd like - I actually have to manually tap refresh to update it) and I get notifications whenever my data is almost running out. Would also like to have a push notification for when the next payment is due or almost due though. More deals especially for F&B would be much appreciated as well!
