About this app

When people endure stress, they experience the fight-or-flight response. Their heart rate increases and breathing becomes shallow, exacerbating anxiety. Slowing their breathing, particularly when exhaling, helps calm them.

This Wear OS app assists the user in performing deep, slow, diaphragmatic breathing by providing visual and auditory guidance to pace breathing, including a display of the user’s heart rate in real time. It also provides the user with the option of listening to calming sounds and music or selecting a song from their own music library. Breathe Well Wear allows users to program reminders to practice during periods of low stress to help them perform the breathing technique effectively during periods of high stress.

Great idea. Unfortunately, the reminders don't work. They also need a watch vibrate reminder option (better in a work setting). It's also be nice to be able to set repeat days for each reminder (earlier reminders only on workdays). But for all of that to work, it'd need to actually remind you in the first place. Im leaving 3 stars in hopes that they fix it, but truthfully without reminders, it's purpose is negated somewhat.

Does not work correctly. Wanted to use watch to vibrate signal to inhale, hold, and exhale. No option to vibrate, only sound or voice. Selected sound, but no sound, only vibration, which is what i wanted but no option for, EXCEPT, only vibrates on inhale and hold, NOT EXHALE! Therefore useless...

It's quite feature packed and useful, but one more thing kight be added: support for longer vibrations on Android Wear. Currently vibration is way too faint, and happens just once following inhalation or exhalation.
