Ratings and reviews

I've been using it for over a year and I had absolutely no issues receiving ACH payments or paying my health/travel insurance using its card. Recently added Euro support and I'm considering switching from my German bank (N26), because Avenue has investment options. The investing part needs some work. Avenue is owned by Itaú holdings now, which is one of the most profitable/successful financial institutions in the Americas and the biggest one in Brazil. Overall, I highly recommend it for nomads.

EDIT: the problem has been solved. ORIGINAL POST: I can't logout of my account. I click the logout button, and it shows the logout screen successfully, but if I open the app again, it doesn't prompt with me with login screen. I'm still logged in. It's a security flaw that should be fixed.

I've been having some headaches with it that's already giving me a bad first impression and making me question about Avenue. For starters why the heck does it insist on asking me an SMS code when I already set an authenticator app to go online? Then the phone app itself keeps saying waiting for connection when I'm already connected and logged in and prevents me from doing anything. Hmm, not quite a good impression I'd say and I'm not in the mood for it.
