Too many functions so well hidden that they can't be found. Essential hints missing exactly where needed. Unintuitive reports. One can't choose a bank statement, from a customer chosen beginning and ending date, showing the following: The Bank name and address, the customer name and address, the beginning balance (Saldo), and then, line by line , Transaction Date, Deposit or expense item, Short Description, & the running balance after each transaction. Basic stuff missing!

5 minutes to switch?! Hardly! Needed sIdentity to switch and got asked 3 times about a daily limit. Sorry Sparkasse but what on earth is a swipe order(?) It works but it's way longer than 5 mins. I was more or less railroaded into adding a limit even after I'd chosen no limit. TAN, sIdentity and now this ... confused?! What a shame the banks are never open anymore for IT support eh?!

I'm very satisfied with this app. The attention to detail also shows in the carefully written error messages (in the rare occasion that an error happens). One suggestion though: it would be nice to have homescreen widgets, especially for the investment watchlist or overview.
