Absolutely dreadful app. My family has had a Udrive card for years now, it's great to get a discount on gas while grabbing some treats, and I wanted to give the Udrive+ thing a try. Little did I know, it would lead to a multiday fiasco that ended with me having to use another family member's phone since the app will always close itself when trying to login with my info, and then log me out of the app. Great system they had until it went full digital and phased cards out.

Look, I love UDF and their UDrive program, but this is a review of their UDrive *APP* and frankly, it needs some work. It's clunky, and slow and is honestly hard to look at. If anyone has downloaded a Chinese scamming app, they know what I mean. On top of it's difficulty to use, I didn't get the advertised $0.10 off when I registered my card, which really sucks.

New version is "built from the ground up," UDF says, but in doing so the app doesn't keep your login. Open in the app at the register and you'll have to log in again. There also seems to be fewer features, such as a map for viewing stores, price lock, and other coupons. A rebuild should improve on the user experience, but this is the opposite.
