The AutoVIN Self Inspection app allows you to perform an inspection on your leased vehicle prior to turn in. You will be able to scan the VIN barcode for your vehicle and perform an inspection, taking pictures and capturing damages along the way. At the end of the process, you'll receive an email with the estimated charges for damages. This will facilitate the end of lease process.

This app deserves no stars. As soon as you scan the VIN and select the vehicle it crashes. You can go no further. There have been no updates from the developer in a year.

App does not work. As others have mentioned, you scan the VIN and the app crashes.

App crashes and "is not supported." AutoVIN Customer Care says that the best way to proceed is to simply turn the lease into the dealership sans inspection because their agents are too busy and that they have app issues.
