The app is out of date. I received emails telling me about new platinum card experiences but the app doesn't list them. The only way to book is via the app. The app invariably updates once everything is fully booked, leading me to believe that they operate a priority list of preferred customers who get first dibs on events.

2FA not working in app resulting in not being able to access benefits since unable to login ( need access to the scanner in the app to activate benefits). Been in a chat support in two separate occasions and 2 phone calls, trying to resolve same issue. Spent +3 hrs and over 300 chat messages back and forth. Still no resolution. Crazy considering the premium price i pay. Stay away.

Would be good to have one app for all the transactions related to Amex. Currently only website is the only place to have all the options while there are two app and complex to navigate and doesn't have the basic options redemption/instant voucher
