Dislike having ANOTHER app on my phone that a simple credit card swipe used to accomplish for lounge access. App doesn't stay logged in on phone which also means remembering a password. Waste of phone space, data transfer (more digital energy the world can't afford), and time all around. Yes, visa figured out how to complicate something that was simple and create another "first world problem."

I literally cannot add my card to the app because for some reason they don't allow cards issued in half the world's countries for some reason? I can add a card issued in south Sudan, a country in the middle of a war, but one issued from the USA??? What??? And when I try to make an inquiry, the app tells me I've made too many already even though this is the first time I have ever even gotten a visa card much less asked a question about it.

the access suddenly expired without any notification with the end dates, ( away from that paying the 100$ wasn't original existed), moreover some lounges due to capacity limit prevents the application users only from entering the lounge while accepting other Travellers normally!!! so what we are paying for is subjective and not guaranteed!!!!!
