This app has become garbage Many issues. The digits are not centered on the widget login. Over half of logins fail when trying to get into the app. Roughly 75% of all transfers and policy payments fail and have to be retried several times before success. Logging in through the widget effectively keeps you from doing anything but look at accounts and required a force close of the app and going on through the program icon. Account information no longer updates after a transfer occurs and requires a force close of the app.
What did you do? You took a nice, convenient, simple, easy to use app and ruined it. Can't access anything, takes forever to load. Sometimes change is not for the better. Shoulda left well enough alone!
Flaky app and tech support The app loops indefinitely on one particular screen (always has). USAA's tech support calls me often to ask: Are you still having the same problem? Yes. No resolution yet, but they will call me again in about a week to ask again. Their tech support is itself in an unproductive infinite loop. They lack basic diagnostic technique. Stick with web site interface.
Great, but... Still an awesome app. But latest update to the car buying service search features render really took a step back. The older version (that I just bought a car from two weeks ago) was user friendly, more robust, and actually have you the results you were looking for. New version is cumbersome, gives result for things out of your search criteria, and lost a significant portion of the search features. Hope it gets restored to the old version.
Great bank. Great app. I think it's funny how half the negative reviews on here are about the bank, not the app. I'd put money down that they don't know how to manage their money so they blame the bank. (Rental car guy) Also, if the app is glitchy or slow. ..try it on your spouses phone. I'd also bet your 65 useless apps and games are the problem, not the app. I've been using this app for years and never had a problem. Not one. Then again I don't have useless junk cluttering up my phone.
App needs some help Certain screens have perpetual loading and get stuck. The login screen doesn't work half the time. There needs to be a functionality update soon before theres an issue that hackers can exploit. Uninstalling till an update fixes the issues.
