The app itself is very slow to respond. I lost money because of it. Sometimes the buy and sell buttons do not respond at all. I thought it was my phone but I recently got a new one, same problem. A colleague who is using this app as well experienced the same. Overall it looks ok but yeah, the very slow response is making me look for an alternative.

App is very laggy and it looks like the animations are capped at 30 or less FPS which is terrible for UX and very noticeable on a new phone with a 120 Hz screen. Additionally, everything happens with a delay which makes the app practically unusable. Reinstalling didn't help. Also, there should be an option to toggle some kind of advanced mode where the UI isn't that simplified and one can have more "professional" view with smaller fonts and denser layout.

Platform itself is great but they'll block you from trading without any forewarning if your activities go outside a certain threshold of frequency or risk (I think) which is not very visible or clear to the user. This has caused me to lose out on lot of potential gains and generally is just very difficult when it happens. Customer support is incredibly slow to respond and to be honest the response is not very helpful either. "Consumer duty" but of 4 brokers I've used, never seen it elsewhere.
