Ratings and reviews

Keep an eye on your payments. Bash started randomly charging me interest, despite only ever purchasing on 6 month (no interest). In addition, they've now removed the option to view your statement online or via the app. Not sure how it is more user friendly to now force people to use WhatsApp, which still only offers 30 day statement which is incomprehensible. Otherwise you can use airtime to try and get hold of customer service. It's a concern when you're not able to quickly view a statement.

Takes long to load images of products, therefore cannot shop. Whole set-up is pretty bad, need more specific filtering options. Why do I ahve to log in a million timed and choose the gender of clothing items that i want to view each time. To check ym account balance I have to add my markhams card number which is ridiculous, i have no time to be looking for a card each time. Keep me logged in😒

App is great however the Bash delivery system isn't effective. How do you send a link at the last minute for the driver's information. I work US times and by the time they deliver, I'm usually on my way to work when I get the link. The 1st message for delivery comes in the morning, why doesn't it come with the link beforehand? If that were the case, one could actually reschedule. Also the link doesn't come with options to reschedule or change the address like other courier services
