Needs a clear easy way to turn captions on even after movie starts, and needs to work with Chrome cast. We started a movie on Saturday night and were casting it ok. But we got tired and went to bed. The next day we could not get anything to work--the app, or using the laptop I have watched many Christian Cinema movies on before. We tried 3 different browsers and 2 laptops. My son is a computer coder and couldn't get it to work. CS just said to try everything we already did try. Frustrating!

I purchased a number of films from this group over the last number of years. About 6 months ago, I was not able to access my purchases. I have been in conversation back and forth with customer service. I started conversations with them when I noticed the problem last January. At first they were quite responsive, and said they were working on the issue. I checked in once per month, but then I stopped getting replies. I recently spent $16 on long-distance calls to them and still no solution.

Wonderful movies if one is able to watch! I have to agree with all the other comments ... not able to access 'my movies' purchased, which is a loss! When purchasing a rental, screen goes blank and still is blank. The only screen I can access is the 'home' screen. Sent a number of emails, not one reply...service is shocking! I'm Uninstalling! Will try another Christian movie app. Funny though that Netflix app works 100% with all their wordly movies .
