Unfortunately I'm in lots of company here. Same problems as described in detail by many, many others. Extremely unreliable. Most attempts to listen to music are interrupted by the aggravation of trying to get things restarted. Kind of defeats the purpose. Worthless, and has put me in the position of having to shop for a new system. I've owned Marantz equipment for decades but it's now time to say goodby.

Much improved. I'm actually using it as my primary streaming method when home. UPDATE: Still great, when it works. But the app constantly drops one HEOS device or another. (No other problems on a very robust network. ) Requires rebooting whole network just to recognize the devices again. UPDATE: I'VE TRIED AND TRIED, but this App is simply terrible. It constantly loses connections with your Accounts and devices. Wish I had not invested so much in Denon products

This app is horrible! Very clunky. Drops connection all the time and don't try telling me there's a problem with my wifi because I have excellent coverage and it's wifi 6. The other is is why can't I Shuffle songs from my personal library? Why do I always need a Playlist or select the songs everything I turn the damn thing on. I hate this app.
