Garbage app. Will not connect past 10%, even though the Denon earbuds work in every other way outside the app. Tried everything I could find online to solve the problem, now I'm just going to uninstall to save the 163mb.

Forces an account, won't let you turn off the infuriating American voice, asks for notifications to advertise, "personalised sound" is a gimmick with too much compression and dodgy EQ and doesn't even make sense (audio frequencies represented as a circle?), you MUST have the app and an account to factory reset. Set my account name to "👁️👄👁️" and it causes the buds to amusingly garble it's audio, but the app then wouldn't apply a name change properly to fix it. Awful. You DO NOT need this.

App is stuck on "Connecting." I did all the troubleshooting steps, but no change. I will revise my review if support can assist.
