Love the personalized sound mode! Can give 5 🌟 foe that! Great! But there lot of things to be improved. 1. No battery % shown for the case 2. No sliders for noise canceling or transparency. 3. No presets for EQ. 4. APP IS VERY VERY SLOW WHEN OPENING.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ANY DEVICE!! I just destroyed by anger my beloved Nuraphone, which I had successfully used and loved for many years, because it got some recent software update which made this headphone automatically switch off without any reason even though while wearing it. FIRE THOSE RESPONSIBLE PERSON!!!!!

Really not satisfied. Like previous summer, with newc update You distroyed Bluetooth connection between earphones and smartphone. My Denon Perl Pro arphones frequentlly disconnecting with my Samsung S25 Ultra. You distroyed my last summer with that and You attempting to do it again. Plus, the App is not standalone. Last year arphones PerlPro also frequently changed modes by itself during playback. Please correct those things immediately !
